3 c. flour
1 t. salt
4 eggs
˝ c. butter (1 stick)
1 small cabbage, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté cabbage in a small amount of water (microwave works well) till soft. Drain.
Set a large pot of water to boil.
Blend flour, salt, and eggs till chunky or pebbly.
Drop pebbles into boiling water, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes after dough comes to the surface. Drain.
Mix dough with cabbage. Add butter and mix. Add more if too dry.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
