12 egg whites 6 tsp cold water 1 1/4 tsp cream of tartar 1 1/2 C sugar 1 C cake flour 1/2 tsp vanilla 3 drops almond extract
Preheat oven to 325º F. Sift flour and 1/2 C sugar together 4 times. Beat egg whites, water and cream of tartar until it holds a peak. Fold in sugar. Fold in flour and sugar mixture. Fold in vanilla and almond extract when you fold in your last bit of flour mixture. Bake about a hour. Bake 325º and last 10 mins 350º
