1½-2 lbs. ground beef, browned
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can mushrooms, drained
1½ c. cooked white rice
1 onion, chopped, browned
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium-sized cleaned out pumpkin

Optional: Sausage, carrots, celery, water chestnuts.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together into the pumpkin. You can add in celery, carrots, browned sausage or water chestnuts to make them your own!
2. Place the pumpkin on a baking sheet.
3. Cook at 350º for 1 hour or until the pumpkin appears cooked.
