3 ripe Bananas, mashed
1 c. White Sugar
1 Egg
¼ c. Butter, melted
1 ½ c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp. Vanilla
½ tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Combine bananas, sugar, egg, butter and vanilla together in a bowl.

Mix flour, baking soda and cinnamon in a separate bowl; stir into banana mixture until batter is just mixed. Stir salt into batter. Pour batter into a greased 9x5 loaf pan.

Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean, about 1 hour.
