1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º F. Grease 9 inch pie pan. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is light brown; drain. Add salt. Spread in pie pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Stir remaining ingredients together in a small bowl until blended. Pour into pie pan over meat and cheese. Bake 25 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
