1 pkg dry yeast (1 heaping tbsp)
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar

I cup white sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp salt
3 beaten eggs
3 cups lukewarm water

12 cups flour


Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together and set aside for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix the next 5 ingredients. Add the yeast mixture.

Add the first 6 cups of flour and mix well. Add the remaining flour 1 cup at a time until you have a stiff dough. Knead well. Let stand 3 hours, knead down and let stand another 3 hours. Make into buns or cinnamon buns and leave to rise overnight.

In the morning bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

These work well if you start them at 4 pm,
