2 cans (15 ½ oz.) Great Northern Beans, drained
1 pkg. or 6 Carrots, diced
1 sm. Onion, chopped
6 stalks Celery, chopped
4 tbsp. Butter
1 ½ c. Cooked Ham, cubed
½ tsp. Garlic Salt
1 tbsp. Garlic
2 tbsp. Parsley
¼ tsp. Pepper
6 c. Chicken Broth
2 c. Vegetable Broth
1 Bay Leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrots, celery and onion in 1 cup broth and butter, until vegetables are tender.

Stir in remaining broth, ham, seasonings and beans; cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
