3 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1/3 cup melted margarine or oil
1 - 15 ounce can pumpkin
3 cups flour
2 tsps baking powder
2 tsps cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1 cup raisins (optional)

Cream eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. In a large bowl combine flour, spices, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Mix thoroughly. Slowly add dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Add chocolate chips or raisins.

Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
