Bag of Fresh Spinach
Garlic
Cheese (Mozzarella, Ricotta, Cheddar, Provolone. Feta, Gorgonzola) your choice
Olives any kind
Bacon, Salami, Whatever you have on hand

You can add anything you have (Roasted Red Peppers/ Artichokes) whatever you like.

Pillsbury Pie Dough
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil

Roll out pie dough into pie dish

Add Spinach Mxt and cover with Top of the Pie Dough.

Use egg wash to brush over Pie Crust after slitting the top with fork.

Bake for about 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Be careful. Too much garlic ruins the pie. I am heavy handed with garlic.
