4 cups flour
1½ cup margarine
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

1. Mix well and chill. When ready to bake, divide dough into 8 parts.
2. Roll each part into a circle on a board dusted with powdered sugar. Cut into 8-12 wedges.
3. Then beat until fluffly 3 egg whites. Gradually add, while beating 3 T. sifted powdered sugar. Fold in 1 tsp vanilla.
4. Brush rolled dough with egg mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll each wedge loosely, starting at wide end. Brush rolled slices with egg and cinnamon sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet in oven.
5. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Keep the dough chilled.
