4 cups sugar
4 cups flour
2 eggs
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 L buttermilk
1 cup coconut
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter, unsalted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla, buttermilk and baking powder together then pour into baking pan. Mix 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of coconut together and pour over unbaked cake. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, until the cake is nice and brown. While the cake is still hot, pour 1 cup of melted butter on top. Let the cake to cool in the pan.
