8-10 Medium Potatoes
I carton (16oz) Sour Cream
1/4-1/3 cup chopped chives
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup butter
3oz cream cheese
paprika
butter, salt, pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil peeled potatoes until done. Beat sour cream and cream cheese together with chives. Add drained potatoes and beat until smooth. Add butter and garlic salt. Pour into buttered baking dish. Top with pats of butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered.
