2 C Flour
1 C Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1/4 C Shortening
3/4 C Orange Juice
1 Tbsp Grated Orange Rind
1 Egg
1/2 C Nuts
1 C Chopped Cranberries

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a 9x5x3 Loaf Pan at 350 for 1 hour.
