1 ½ - 2 lbs. Ground turkey (or beef, pork, chicken)
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced (or more; jarred okay)
1 small cabbage, chopped
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
½ c. water
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey and onion, cook until meat is cooked through and onion is tender. Add garlic, continue to cook for 1 minute
2. Add remaining ingredients and stiff. Bring to a boil.
3. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender. (It will cook down a lot.)
