4 C Boiling Water
2 C Oats
1/2 C Honey
4 tsp Salt
4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 C warm water
2 pkg Yeast
10 - 14 C Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over the oats. Add honey, salt, and butter and mix well. Let sit until lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir into lukewarm oat mixture. Stir in 10 - 14 cups of flour.

The instructions come to an abrupt halt. I'm guessing knead until smooth, let rise in a warm place until doubled. Form into a loaf or loaves, put in greased pans, let raise again, and bake at 350º for 30 - 40 minutes or until done. -- Elizabeth
