5 large onions
4 hot red peppers
½ gallon vinegar
5 Tbsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger
3 c sugar

Combine all ingredients into large stock pot; cook uncovered for about 4 hours.
