Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 white onions, diced
2 green peppers, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 gloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. chili sauce
½ c. cream cheese
12 slices provolone cheese
1 egg
2 packages puff pastry dough sheets

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large sauce pan, heat ½ Tbs. olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and sear until brown and just cooked through. Take out and drain grease. Set aside for later.
2. Add remaining olive oil to pan over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper, sauté until softened. Turn off heat and add cooked ground beef back to the pan. Add salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and chili sauce: stir until combined.
3. Stir in cream cheese until combined and set aside to cool.
4. Preheat oven to 350º.
5. Roll out puff pastry dough and cut 6 rectangles from each sheet. Place one slice of provolone down in the middle of each rectangle. Spoon in cheesesteak mix and place another puff pastry rectangle on top. Crimp edge with a fork to seal. Poke a few holes with fork in the middle to let steam escape.
6. Beat egg in a small bowl and add a dash of water. Brush this egg wash over every hot pocket.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
