2 pkgs chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 pkg Stove Top stuffing
1 c grated parmesan cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350'. Mix all ingredients well (could use less butter to make lighter). Form into 1" balls. Bake 15 minutes. Could also cook in 9x9 pan and cut into squares. Are very tasty as appetizers, or use as a veggie side.
