Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Blue bonnet margarine
6 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cups nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream softened butter and sugar. Add yolk, vanilla, soda and stir. Add flour, nuts and chips. Stir and make into balls. Beat egg white until foamy and dip each cookie in egg white and then into chocolate sprinkles.

We did not add nuts. We melted chocolate chips in microwave just until melted (slowly and stirring often every 15 seconds) It does not take many chips. I didn't always put in a full 6 ounces of chips because it seemed like to many.

Bake at 375 for 15 to 18 minutes.
