1 premade graham cracker pie crust
1 can dulce de leche (found in ethnic foods aisle)
3-4 ripe bananas
2 c. cold heavy whipping cream
¼ c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Optional garnish: chocolate shavings, chopped pecans, or crushed toffee

1. Spread dulce de leche on-top of the crust.
2. In a large bowl combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer and whip at medium-high speed until medium peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Slice bananas and arrange the slices in 1-2 layers on top of the dulce de leche.
4. Spread the whipped cream on top. Refrigerate pie uncovered at least 3 hours before serving. Garnish with toppings before served if desires.
