4 Cups Chicken, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 (10.5 ounce) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
6 Sleeves of Ritz Crackers, crushed
1.5 Sticks Butter, melted
6 Scallions, chopped
3 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1. Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare a 9"X13" baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

2. Melt butter in the microwave.

3. In medium bowl, add crushed Ritz crackers and slowly stir in melted butter until well coated.

4. In a large bowl, add chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, spices, and chopped scallions. Mix until combined.

5. In prepared baking pan, sprinkle 1/3 of the buttered cracker mixture.

6. Spoon 1/2 of the chicken mixture over the butter cracker mixture.

7. Sprinkle 1/3 of remaining buttered cracker mixture over the chicken layer in the baking pan.

8. Sprinkle 1/2 of the shredded Cheddar cheese over the cracker mixture in baking pan.

9. Add remaining chicken mixture, remaining buttered crackers, and remaining Cheddar cheese.

10. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
