5 or 6 diced potatoes
1/2 diced onion
1 cup milk
2 tbsp.. flour
1 tbsp. butter
salt
pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and onion in salted water till done
mix flour in milk till smooth
add this to potatoes and water
bring to a boil
Add salt, pepper and butter
If too thick add more milk
