2 lb Beef Chuck, cut in 1 1/2" cubes
1 c Onion, chopped
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 TBSP Flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 TBSP Paprika
1 8oz can Tomato Sauce
2 1/2 c canned Tomatoes, drained
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Bay leaf
1 Stalk Celery
2 TBSP Parsley, Chopped
1 Blade of Thyme
8-12 oz of dry Egg Noodles, cooked per box instructions and seasoned with butter.

Directions:
Brown beef in oil. Add onion and cook to golden but not brown. Add flour, salt, paprika. Place Bay Leaf, Celery, Parsley and Thyme in cheese cloth and tie into a sachet. Place sachet into beef mixture. cover and simmer until meat is tender ~ 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Serve over buttered egg noodles.
