7 Cups All Purpose Flour
1.5 Teaspoons Sea Salt
6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Yeast
2.5 Cups Warm Water (95-99 degrees)
1 Teaspoon Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add yeast and sugar to the warm water. Mix and set aside for 10 minutes for yeast to bloom.

2. Mix flour and salt together in a large bowl.

3. Add bloomed yeast and olive oil to the flour mixture.

4. Mix with sturdy wooden spoon until combined.

5. Turn mixture onto floured countertop and knead for 10 minutes.

6. Prepare a large, clean bowl with olive oil coating. Please dough into the bowl and cover with plastic wrap and clean towel.

7. Place in warm area to rise for at least 1 hour.
