1 c. Pecans, finely crushed
c. Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. Dried Basil
c. Honey Mustard
4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts (thin)
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400

Mix crushed pecans with bread crumbs and basil in shallow bowl.

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Rub/brush each chicken breast with honey mustard then coat with the pecan mixture.

Place on a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake until juices run clear, about 15 to 20 minutes.
