Oriental Chicken Salad Recipe

6 breaded chicken strips
3 c. romaine lettuce, chopped
c. red cabbage, chopped
napa cabbage, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1 cucumber, chopped
3 tbsp. sliced almonds
a handful of chow mein noodles
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
⅛ tsp. sesame oil

Mix dressing ingredients well. Cook chicken according to package directions, then chop. Mix all salad ingredients together, top with chicken and dressing. Can use grilled chicken.
