8 oz. Egg Noodles (cooked according to package)
1 lb. Italian Sausage
c. Onion, chopped
tsp. Salt
tsp. Pepper
tsp. Garlic Salt
2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
24 oz. Spaghetti Sauce (your favorite)
1 c. Cottage Cheese
1 c. Sour Cream
2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage and onion together. Drain the fat.
Add the spices and spaghetti sauce. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cooked noodles, sour cream and cottage cheese.

Spray a 2 quart casserole with cooking spray. Start with a layer of 1/2 the noodles, 1/2 the meat sauce and 1/2 the mozzarella in the prepared dish. Repeat the layers.

Bake for 30 minutes, until the casserole is baked through and browned.
