Chicken Breasts
Egg
Bread Crumbs
Garlic salt
salt ,
pepper
parsley
Chicken broth
White wine
Monterey Jack Cheese
Mushrooms ( Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cut into 1/2 or 1/3 pieces; Marinate Chicken breasts in egg all night.

2) Dip in Bread crumbs combined with garlic salt, salt, pepper, and parsley

3) Slightly Brown in frying pan

4) Cook in roaster pan at 350 with 2 cups of chicken broth and 2 cups of white wine

5) Sprinkle with cheese ( If adding mushrooms, add before cheese on top)
