10 or 12 chicken legs or thighs (I prefer skinless)
1 c. brown sugar
1 T. dry mustard
2 T. soya sauce
2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in casserole dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 300ºF for about 1 hour covered. Remove cover for the last 15 or 20 minutes to thicken the sauce if desired.
