5 - 8 pork chops ½ c. ketchup 2 T. prepared mustard (I like Dijon) ¼ c. brown sugar salt and pepper, to taste 1 minced garlic clove 1 small onion, thinly sliced 2 T. cornstarch 1½ - 2 c. water
Brown chops. Add onions and garlic near the end of browning. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth.. Place chops, onion and garlic in bottom of casserole dish. Pour the sauce over the chops. Cover and bake at 300ºF for about an hour or simmer covered on top of stove for about an hour.
