Glazed Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Doughnut Bundt Cake Recipe

2 cups flour
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
tsp baking soda
tsp salt

1 cups buttermilk
cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs at room temperature
2 tsp vanilla

2 cups powdered sugar
5 tbsp water, approximately
Vanilla, optional

Preheat oven to 350
Prepare bundt pan with butter and dusting of flour.
Whisk the dry ingredients together.
Whisk the wet ingredients together.
Add together and whisk until just combined, don't over mix.
Bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan on a rack for 15 minutes.
Gently invert cake pan to remove cake, then flip back to the rough side facing up. Let cool completely.
Prepare glaze and brush liberally over the top.
