2-2½ Lbs. Brussel Sprouts
4-5 Slices Bacon
2 Tbls EVOO
6 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 Tbls Whole Grain Mustard
2 Tbls Honey
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Fine Sea Salt
½ tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 425º

Trim sprouts and cut in half

Dice Bacon slices & sprinkle over sprouts

In separate bowl, mix all other ingredients very well and pour over Sprouts & Bacon, mix to coat evenly

Spread in a single layer in a shallow baking sheet pan lined with parchment paper

Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning once or twice until bacon is crisp
