1 ¾ c. Diced Ham
1 c. Chopped Steamed Broccoli (fresh or frozen)
1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
⅔ c. 2% Milk
¼ c. Half & Half
6 Large Eggs
1 tsp. Salt
⅛ tsp. Black Pepper
Pinch of Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray pie dish with oil...coat well!

If using frozen broccoli make sure to use paper towels to remove excess liquid. Evenly spread the broccoli in the dish and top it evenly with the ham.

Make the custard mixture by whisking together the milk, half and half, eggs salt, pepper and the nutmeg.

Pour the egg mixture into the dish and top with cheese.

Bake 40 minutes until the center is set.

Cut the quiche and serve.
