3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cups granulated sugar
2 cups grated zucchini
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup raisins
&/or
1 cup nuts
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a large bowl.

2. Stir in oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini.

3. Sift in dry ingredients. Stir into egg mixture.

4. Add raisins and nuts.

5. Bake for 1 hour at 325F-350F (Depending on your oven)

6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan to cool.
