Ingredients:
Ingredients:
A banana
Peanut butter (Substitution can be WOW butter for those who cannot consume one of God’s greatest creations)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Open lid of peanut butter container

2. Insert spoon into the peanut butter container
a. I’ve found a spoon works better than a knife since it cuddles to the banana
better

3. Begin to slowly peel open the banana
a. Make sure to enjoy this moment. The banana is living to its fullest potential
here, and wants to be eaten

4. Now begin to slather on a copious amount of peanut butter on that banana. I recommend a semi heaping spoonful

5. Take a bite of the banana with the peanut butter. Again, enjoy this moment

6. Now with a fresh canvas of banana ready to be canoodled with some more PB, begin this process again.

7. Once banana has been fully eaten please lick off any remaining peanut butter so the spoon can be washed properly

Notes:
-It may take several tries before you realize what the proper ratio of banana: peanut butter is for your liking. I encourage you to experiment and go on this journey for the rewards greatly outweigh the effort spent on this task.
-If you live with others you may wish to buy your own peanut butter container so that you can double dip without guilt. I myself just don’t tell my family that I do this, and consider the thrill of the double dip to be part of the experience.
