3 cups water
2 cups potato shredded
1/2 cup onions - shredded
2 T. parsley chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup frozen peas
3 cups evaporated milk warmed
1 T butter
1 T dill chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3 quart saucepan bring first seven ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat too low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add corn and peas. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk and butter until blended. Serve in soup bowl and garnish with dill.
