6 eggs
3 slices partly frozen bacon
salt to taste

Finely chop bacon and place in warm frying pan, cook bacon on medium temperature until done but not crispy. Beat eggs and add to pan, (Must have plate near stove to move eggs into to avoid them continuing to cook) stir continuously, as soon as eggs have set move to plate, away from heat.
Slow and steady is the trick to making good Alligator eggs
