Ingredients:  
1 package pasta (rotini or macaroni are our favorites)
3 c. Briggs' Family Pasta Sauce (or your own red sauce)
1 stick of Spanish chorizo
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook noodles until al dentÚ.
2. Drain noodles, and place in a baking dish.
3. Add in tomato sauce and cubed chorizo.
4. Mix noodles and tomato sauce together.
5. Top with lots of shredded Swiss cheese.
6. Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 350║ or until cheese is melted and crispy.
