6-8 medium apples , peeled, cored, and sliced
1 c . oats
2/3 c . whole wheat flour
1/2 c . brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375.
Spray 8x8 inch pan.
Place prepared apples in pan.
Add oats through cinnamon to food processor.
Cut butter into 8 pieces on top.
Pulse until desired crisp consistency -- I like it once it starts clumping together.
Cook for 35-40 minutes or until apples are bubbling.
