2 T butter
2 apples, peeled and sliced
3 eggs
½ c milk
⅓ c flour
¼ tsp salt

Topping:
2 T butter
¼ c sugar
½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and sauté apple slices in oven safe skillet Until tender. Put eggs, milk, flour and salt in blender (or magic bullet) and pour over apples. Bake at 375 for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and dot with 2T butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Return to oven for 2 minutes.
