3/4 lb skinless chicken breast or thighs
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & Pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 -3 slices bacon
1/2 of 16oz pkg sliced mushrooms
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 C heavy cream
1/2 tsp thyme

Season chicken with Italian seasonings, salt & pepper.
Fry in hot oil on med high heat 4 min per side or till done. In other skillet cook bacon 4-5 minutes till crisp. Remove bacon and chop. Keep bacon drippings in skillet and add mushrooms and garlic. Cook 5-6 min or until browned. Reduce heat to medium. Add cream to skillet along with the chicken and any juices in pan. Add thyme and bacon bits. Turn chicken to coat. Cook 2-3 min or until sauce is thickened.

Serve over lemon-pepper green beans.
Sauté 2 Tbsp slivered almonds in 1/2 Tbsp butter. Cook frozen green beans according to package. Toss green beans with 1 Tbsp butter and lemon pepper seasoning and salt. Sprinkle with almonds.
