1 chicken
7 oz. vermicelli
2 c. chopped celery
4 c. chicken stock
(may add water & salt)
2 red pimentos
4 oz. mushrooms
buttered corn flake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken, when cool, remove from bone, and cut into small pieces. Cook vermicelli and chopped celery in chicken stock. May add water and a little salt. Add chicken to vermicelli. Add pimentos, mushrooms, and liquid. Put in baking dish and cover with buttered corn flakes. Bake until crumbs are brown.
