2 Medium Sweet Onions
4 Celery Sticks
3 links of sweet sausage
2 packs of dried porcini mushrooms ( must soak in water )
12 Chestnuts
Handful of fresh chopped walnuts
Pepperidge Farms Stuffing Small Cubes - unflavored
Chicken broth
Parsley to taste ( 1 1/2 tablespoon )

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onions and sauté; place in a separate bowl. Chop celery and sauté. Place with onions that are set aside. Sauté the sausage; and add to celery & onion mix.
When oil is very hot add porcini, black pepper and parsley. In the meantime, slit chestnuts and bake until dark brown; shell and cut in half. Mix everything together; Add croutons. Add 1-2 cups of broth until stuffing is moist. Salt and pepper to taste. Add everything to tray with butter slices on top.

Bake until golden.
