Filling
66 oz. tinned tuna
2 medium onions
6 stalks of celery finely chopped ( Linda put them in the blender)
4 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheddar cheese

Dough
18 cups flour
3 tsp salt
12 tsp baking powder
2 1/4 cups lard
8 cups milk

Cheese Sauce
Margarine
Milk
Cheese whiz
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients for dough together. Cut lard into dry ingredients as you would with pie dough.
2. Add milk until moistened. Do not overmix
3. Roll dough out into a rectangular shape approx 1/4 inch thick
4. In bowl mix together tuna,onions,celery,eggs , salt and pepper
5.Spread tuna mixture over dough. Top with grated cheese
6. Roll dough lengthwise. Cut into 1 inch segments
7. Place onto greased pan. Bake at 400º until biscuit is brown and flaky
8. While biscuits are baking in oven, take a saucepan make cheese sauce. Use margarine,flour and milk to make a rue. Add cheese whiz and grated cheese for cheesy flavour. Salt and pepper to taste.

1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup milk

2 eggs beaten
2 cans flaked tuna
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 green onions chopped
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Dillweed optional

Sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Cheese Shiz
S & P

Tuna can also be replaced with fried ground beef or flaked ham
