8 thawed chicken thighs, raw seasoned with salt and pepper 3/4 stick of butter 2 1/2 cups of raw rice 1 can French onion soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1-1/2 cans water(use soup can)
Melt butter in 9x12 dish Add french onion soup to dish Spread rice evenly over butter and soup Lay chicken thighs on top of rice Spread cream of mushroom soup evenly over chicken Add water, cover with foil and bake 1 hr at 350 degrees. Remove foil and Raise temp to 400 degrees, bake for another 15-20 minutes till chicken is brown.
