1 pie crust
6 eggs
3/4 C milk
salt/pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 C ham, diced
1 1/2 C cheese (either swiss or cheddar)
3 Tbsp onion, diced
3/4 C chopped broccoli or spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place crust in the bottom of a pie pan. Mix eggs, milk, salt/pepper and onion powder in a bowl and set aside. On top of the pie crust place 1/2 of the cheese, ham, onions and vegetables. Pour egg mixture on top of the ham and vegetables. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
