1 bag (16oz) frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots combination thawed and drained
1 10 oz. can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
⅓ c. sour cream
tsp. black pepper
1 4 oz. jar pimento drained
1 can (2.8 oz.) French Fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, soup, c. cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, and can onions. Pour into 1 qt. casserole. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered 5 minutes, or microwave 1 minute. ( 8 minutes first part.)
