12 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb sausage, hot or mild
3 cups bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cheese and sausage together working until well blended; add bisquick. Shape into balls and bake for 20 minutes. If you plan to freeze sausage balls only bake for 5 minutes.
