5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
1 can of tomato Soup
1 32 oz frozen vegetable mix
1 pkg frozen corn
3 Tablespoons of worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup sweet baby rays barbecue sauce
2 Tablespoons Tony Chacheres Original Creole seasoning
Chicken broth to cover plus a little more

Cook on low in crock pot for 8 hours. Remove chicken breast to cool . Shred chicken and mix back in stew. If the stew is too soupy add 1/4 cup of cold water with a couple of tablespoons of cornstarch to thicken. I just added wonder quick mixing powder to thicken.
