3.5 oz. diced green peppers
3.5 oz. diced red peppers
4 oz. of corn niblett's
2 oz. of minced red onion
¼ t. ginger powder
1 lb. dried cranberries
6.5 fl. oz. white wine vinegar
4 oz. white sugar
4 oz. corn syrup
½ t. crushed red chili

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in pot
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly
3. Cook until tender and reduced by ¼

Store in tuperware in fridge, lasts for a long time!! Great with roasted garlic, goat cheese rolled in poppy seeds and crostinis. Or pair it with fish, chicken (use like a cranberry sauce)
